LELAND — Michael Joseph Stallings, 45, passed away Sunday, Jan. 8, 2017. Michael was born Dec. 7, 1971, son of Michael Wayne Stallings and the late Vicki Carrigan Stallings.
Survivors include his father, Michael Wayne Stallings of Iron Station, N.C.; fiancé, Angela Phelps of Leland; three children, Michael Stallings of Wilmington, Kasey Stallings of Raleigh and Dustin Stallings of Gastonia; brothers, Sean Swanson, Joshua Swanson and Adam Mostellar, all of Maiden, N.C.; sisters, Jackie McDonald (Audrey) of Wilmington and Ashley Hinson of Denver, N.C.; and three grandchildren, Bailey, Abby and Alec.
Friends are invited to honor Michael’s life at a memorial service that will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, in the chapel of Peacock-Newnam & White Funeral and Cremation Service, Southport.
