WILMINGTON – Mary Louise Freeman Moore, 70, of Wilmington, passed away Sunday Sept. 18, 2016, at her home with her loving family at her side.
She was born in Star, North Carolina, the daughter of the late David Lewis and Elgie Mae Britt Freeman.
Surviving are her husband Bobby Moore; sons, Jr. Moore and wife, Mary Ann, of Wilmington, Johnny Moore and wife, Sharron, of Leland, and Bobby Moore of Winnabow; daughter, Tammy M. Spivey and husband, Tony, of Leland; sisters, Marie Chappell and Brenda Burroughs and husband, Kirby, of Star; also nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, at Wilmington Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Greeenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will see friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Funeral Home.
