WILMINGTON – Rebecca Ann Walker, 34, of Wilmington died unexpectedly Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2016.
She was born in Wilmington on March 18, 1982, daughter of the late Barbara Ann Walker. She attended local schools and Wake Tech Community College.
She is survived by the love of her life, Mikala Walker, her 13-year-old daughter; sister, Tiffany Walker; brother, James Robert Walker; her uncle, who was more like her father, Keith Walker; and cousins, Crystal, Kindall, Danielle and Ariel. Additionally, she is survived by her father, Daulton Jasper Hollis; sisters, Brandi Hickman and Bessie Mae Hollie; and brothers, Ryan Hollis and Daulton Michael Hollis.
Her life ended suddenly and unexpectedly. The family is requesting assistance, in the form of donations, to assist with funeral expenses, as well as helping with 13-year-old Mikala.
