WILMINGTON — Jack Lee Bradshaw, 61, passed away Monday, Jan. 2, 2017. He was born in Wayne County, N.C., on Sept. 12, 1955.
Jack worked for Jack’s Auto Sales for more than 20 years. His love for people and helping them made him great at the job he loved. He felt his greatest accomplishment was helping people find a great vehicle for a price they could afford. Jack was a self-taught mechanic and handyman; he could fix most anything.
Jack loved to find bargains at flea markets and was proud of the bargains he found; but most of all, he shared the wealth of his bargains with others.
Jack leaves behind his wife, Brenda Hanson Bradshaw; son, William “Billy” Taylor; two grandchildren and one great-grandson; brothers and sisters; and many friends and extended family members. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, a sibling and also a grandson, William Ray Taylor III.
Jack lost his best little pal “Toy,” whom he had for over 20 years. When you saw Jack his beloved “Toy” was with him. Later, Jack and Brenda adopted “Rowdy,” and they were inseparable. “Rowdy” will miss his best friend. Jack had a love for all animals, especially his own.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6, at Wilmington Funeral Chapel. The family will see friends one hour prior to the service.
