OAK ISLAND — Peggy Anne Welch, 71, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2017, at the SECU Hospice House of Brunswick in Bolivia.
Peggy is survived by her daughter, Kandi McPeck, and her husband, Bernard; sons, Bill Hicks of York, S.C., and Jimmy Welch of Oak Island, N.C.; brother, Jimmy Ray Moore, and his wife, Pat, of Houston, Texas; as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Peggy’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the chapel of Ocean View United Methodist Church, 8400 E. Oak Island Drive, Oak Island.
