CAROLINA SHORES — Kenneth E. Boyer, 82, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at SECU Hospice House of Brunswick.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Goldie Kratzer Boyer.
Born Sept. 9, 1934, in Milton, Pa., Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Kathryn Boyer.
Graduating from Milton High School in 1952, he retired from American Home Foods in 1995 after 41 years of service. He enjoyed all sports, especially watching his sons and grandsons play.
Survivors include two sons, Bruce, and his wife, Carol, of Easly, S.C., and Kent, and his wife, Beth, of Carolina Shores; grandchildren, Stephanie, Steven and Zachary; and his great-granddaughter, Everett.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his son, Steve Kenneth Boyer; two sisters and a brother, Helen Douglass, Gladys Sholly and Robert Boyer.
